Charbono and Mushrooms stuffed with Smoked Gouda


 

 

Ingredients: - Serves 6

18 to 24 small to medium mushrooms

4 oz. cream cheese

4 oz. smoked gouda cheese, grated

1 green onion, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

dash Tabasco sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms; chop fine. Cream the cheeses together, add green onion and garlic. Mix in chopped stems, Tabasco, salt and pepper.  Stuff each mushroom with mixture and bake in 400-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until starting to brown. Serve warm.
