Shipping Policies and Information

Summers Estate Wines is able to ship wines the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, and WY.  There are quantity restrictions in several states.

Ohio residents must obtain a consumer wine permit and pay excise taxes the form is available for download here

Florida has 5 dry counties where we are not allowed to ship: Lafayette, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee, and Washington.

Shipments go out weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the quality of your wine, avoiding the possibility that wine might sit in extreme temperatures in warehouses through weekends during transit. During extreme temperatures we reserve the right to ship 2 Day Air or hold shipments until temperatures decline.  If your order requires faster shipping or special shipping arrangements, or if you have questions, please call us at (707) 942-5508.
